Be still and remember
Helping people feel again.
Three ways in, and all of them come back to the same thing: getting you out of your head and into the body that has been carrying you.
Hands on
Fascia Release and Mapping
Slow, intentional pressure with no oil, following the connective tissue that wraps every muscle and holds the shape of what you have been through. Sessions run from sixty minutes to three hours, one on one.
One on one
Awareness Coaching
Awareness coaching that starts in the tissue: fascia mapping and release work, in person or virtual, one on one or in a circle. The same work pointed at a business instead of a life is Systems Coaching.
In circle
Classes, Ceremonies and the Den
Cacao, sound, fascia classes and small circles at the Den on Glenstone, most Tuesday nights. Most are donation based and the room holds about ten, so it stays a conversation.

Cacao
Cacao ceremonies, and everywhere she has taken me
A warm drink, a quiet room, and about two hours where nobody needs anything from you. Most Tuesday evenings at the Den, and privately for couples, small groups and retreats. Costa Rica is where it started; Peru, Sicily and London are where it has gone since.
Fascia research
The latest in fascia and fascial release research
Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps every muscle, bone and organ in the body, and the science around it keeps moving. I keep a running page of the newest studies and what they actually mean for how you move, release and heal, updated as the research comes in.
The children’s book
If Chakras Were People
A full color picture book for ages 3 to 8 that turns the seven energy centers into characters a child can actually meet. Read along with me, then read it again at bedtime.
Or ask for it at any bookstore or library, ISBN 979-8-218-93060-8.
From the blog
The writing, if you want more of it
Essays on awareness, the body, and the patterns we inherit. Most of what I cannot say in a session ends up here.

A note now and then
Stay in touch with Christy
Occasional notes about fascia work, cacao, what is happening at the Den, and anything changing in the practice. Once a month at most. No sales pitches, and you can leave whenever you like.
I never sell or share your address, and I do not email more than once a month.
